ROLE IN THE PROJECT

Development of innovative healthy and sustainable local grain-to-food value chains, including:​

 (1) optimization of sustainable agricultural practices for cereals and legumes suited for integrated, conservative and organic agricultural managements; ​

(2) development of new grain-based healthy, nutritious foods focusing on products formulation, raw materials and food processing methodologies. ​
