ABOUT CREA
CREA – Council for Agricultural Research – is the leading Italian research organization dedicated to the agri-food supply chains. CREA operates as a legal entity under public law, and is supervised by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.
ROLE IN THE PROJECT
- Project coordinator and member of the Coordination Board.
- Leader of the pathway “Dietary patterns and Dietary Guidelines”, including:
– the development – and testing in Living Labs-of a framework to design easy-to-understand, healthy and sustainable, food-based dietary guidelines, at national level, for various specific population groups.
- Leader of the Consultation and Working Group (CWG) Retailers.
