ROLE IN THE PROJECT

  •  Living Lab Leader​ – Auvergne – Territorial Food project “Grand Clermont/Regional Natural Park Livradois-Forez”
  • Contributing to the:

– analysis of the influence of social and physical food environments on children’s high-impact behaviours,

evaluation of the children consumption of protein sources (animal/plant), degree of processing (ultra-processed foods) and food variety (incl. organic, local and/or seasonal), i.e., the 3V rule (Veritable, Vegetal and Varied foods),

– co-development of a toolbox of interventions.
